It has been ascertained that two member idol group AKB48, Ishida Haruka Ichikawa and Miori will participated in the shows 10th Niconico musical adaptation of the song and the MV Hatsune Miku entitled Senbonzakura (1,000 Cherry Blossom Trees) by Kurousa-P and art by Ittomaru. Here's a list cast:

Musical performances will be directed by Isamu Kayano and script by Hideki Mitsui whereas Kurousa-P will act as co-producer.

Senbonzakura is one of the most popular vocaloid songs, this song on Niconico watched as many as 2.7 million in less than a year and was once ranked second as the most frequently sung in karaoke Joysound's rankings in mid-2012.
