How many of you have heard the announcement of the new Snow Miku 2013 design? The contest on Piapro had a few very interesting finalist designs, and the winner comes as quite a surprise. This will be the biggest change to the Snow Miku design to date, which shows Miku fully adorned in a traditional kimono.
