Len and Rin Kagamine were second installment in the vocaloid character vocal series .Len is a brother and Rin is a sister . 

Len Kagamine

Len Kagamine's name means Len ( Left ) , Kagami  ( mirror ) and Ne ( sound ) . The official design was created by KEI . His voice is based on voice actress Shimoda Asami who among other things voiced Futami Ami and Futami Mami in the game IDOLM@STER.

Rin Kagamine

Rin Kagamine's name means Rin ( Right ) and like len Kagami ( mirror ) and Ne (sound ) . Like Len her official design was created by KEI . SImilarly like Len her voice will be based on voice actress Shimoda Asami, who among other things voiced Futami Ami and Futami Mami in the game IDOLM@STER.
